Lyba Sultan
I work with individuals navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relational challenges. Many of the people I support feel stuck in patterns that repeat in their lives, including cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, emotional intensity, or disconnection that feel difficult to shift on their own.
I often work with clients who are sensitive, reflective, and deeply feeling, but may struggle with overwhelm, trauma responses, identity questions, or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves. My work supports you in making sense of your internal world while also building your capacity to stay present with emotions in a grounded, supported way.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and relational. I pay close attention to the connection between mind, body, and energy, and support clients in understanding emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and how past experiences continue to shape present-day life. I also integrate energy work and Reiki to support regulation, grounding, and deeper emotional processing. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and tailored to your needs.
I draw from an integrative approach, including:
-
Somatic approaches (Somatic Experiencing, Eco-Somatics)
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Narrative Therapy
-
Psychodynamic Therapy
-
Mindfulness-based techniques
-
Energy work and Reiki
-
At its core, my work is about helping you reconnect with yourself, your emotional truth, your body, and your sense of wholeness so that change feels not only possible, but sustainable.
