Hi, I'm Danielle.

​I know that reaching out for therapy is often one of the biggest hurdles. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood.

I believe that healing happens within a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with you to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll explore what is holding you back, build on what is already working, and create meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.

I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that our emotional well-being is connected to many aspects of our lives—our relationships, past experiences, physical health, values, and daily environment. Because every person is different, I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapies, and other therapeutic modalities that best support your goals.

My background includes supporting adolescents and adults in clinical, educational, and mentoring settings. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the resilience people carry, even during life's most challenging seasons. I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and self-compassion while building practical tools to navigate life's difficulties with confidence.
