I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with a Master of Social Work and over eight years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families in complex and high-risk contexts. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based approaches, with a strong commitment to client-centered care. I have provided psychotherapy in private practice and organizational settings, working with neurodiverse youth, survivors of trauma, justice-involved clients, and families navigating crisis. My experience spans individual and group counselling, case management, clinical assessment, and treatment planning, as well as research and program evaluation for federal and community partners. I am passionate about equity-informed practice, including 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive care and neurodiversity-affirming support.

I don't adhere to a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, modalities and treatment are tailored to address individual concerns. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, polyvagal theory, art therapy, and play therapy to address the unique needs of my clients.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, supporting them through symptoms of depression and anxiety, post-traumatic stress and complex trauma, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, autism and ADHD, identity challenges, early childhood trauma, dissociative disorders (including DID/OSDD), and much more.

I would honour the opportunity to connect with you and discuss your therapy needs and goals further.
